Basic T.O.S
Payment via Paypal invoice only.
Payment Upfront
Commissioner must credit me when repload the image. Artwork can not be used commercially or claimed as your own.
I have the right to refuse any request with or without explanation.
I have the right to price my work whatever I want.
I, the artist, retain full exclusive rights to the original artwork.
The client may not claim the artwork as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
Before commissioning me, please be aware that I am still a student, so school work may delay the progress of the commission.
Check Trello to follow the progress of the commissions and keep an eye on my notifications!
Reposting Conditions
The client has my permission to repost my work on any social network, so I demand credits, and that my watermark / signature remains intact and unchanged
Prohibited Actions
Change my artwork in any way without asking permission first, with the exception of cropping / resizing the image for an icon or other use.
Use my art as a reference for yours, whether tracing or redirecting parts of the image.
Claiming the work of art as yours.
Changing the Art
During the sketch I am okay with you:
Asking for a different pose.
Asking to change the position of accessories; parts of the body, etc.
Asking to change the size of the accessories;parts of the body, etc.
After it's finished I am okay with you:
Asking for a different color for the background
Asking for stuff I missed - missed markings, colors, other features that you have on your ref but I forgot.
I'm not okay with you asking for unreasonable changes like:
Changing the whole pose.
Changing the character/idea.
Adding a completely new character to the image.

NSFW
SFW fetish art
Harmful drug use
Death or heavy gore
Offensive gestures
Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, etc...

Before purchasing any adopt from me, please read the rules.
Do not resell for a higher price than you paid. (Except it has extra arts)
Small changes are welcome, but without straying from the original idea of the character.
